We recognize that, in certain circumstances, it may be difficult for Whistleblower to use the usual channels of reporting because he/ she believes that he/ she may be subject to any harm or other form of negative treatment, or that he/ she may be harmed or hurt in the event of using the normal reporting methods. Also, if he/ she suffers anxiety, discomfort or inability to use one of those channels, he/ she can resort to the following: filling this form, Prepare an anonymous report attaching all the required documents, Send an e-mail to the compliance officer, or Use telephone lines to address the compliance officer and discuss any doubts and get to know the protection procedures that he/ she may use.
