Arzan Wealth (DIFC) Limited was incorporated in March 2013, by Arzan Financial Group for Financing & Investment KPSC (AFG) as its 100% owned subsidiary in Dubai.<\/p>\n

Arzan Wealth\u2019s current line of business was started in 2011 under AFG and has quickly established itself as a leading advisor to clients, especially in the arrangement of income-producing products that offer high security of principal and a predictable and secure regular income stream.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
In 2013, AFG spun off the business into a DFSA regulated firm. This was a major step in the expansion of Arzan Wealth\u2019s business, as the office acts as the primary location for its high-caliber advisory and transaction team. <\/p>\n

In March 2018, Arzan Wealth became 100% owned subsidiary of Arzan Capital (Holding) Limited, a new holding company incorporated in the DIFC.<\/p>\n

In March 2019, Arzan Wealth took the strategic view to expand its presence by establishing a wholly owned subsidiary, Arzan Wealth (UK) Limited in London.<\/p>\n

As part of developing Arzan Wealth debt strategy initiated in 2017, Arzan Wealth expanded their presence by establishing Arzan U.S. which was legally formed in May 2023.<\/p>\n

Since the inception of its business activities in 2012, Arzan Wealth has arranged the acquisition of 24 assets under its yielding platform, 10 assets under the real estate debt platform, 2 assets under its opportunistic platform and 15 investments under Arzan F&B SPV.<\/p>\n

Arzan Wealth currently advises various professional clients on real estate, private equity, and other investments with a total value of assets advised around US$ 2.55 Billion. Arzan Wealth focuses on arranging yielding investments in major global markets, as well as bespoke investments that meet the requirements of specific clients. <\/p>\n
